We want you to be pleased with all Saunter, Girl purchases.
At this time, Saunter, Girl will not honor any refunds.
We do not offer wrong address refunds. If you put the wrong address & your package got delivered to the address you entered at checkout, we apologize but you will not be eligible for a refund. Customer is responsible for re-delivery fee.

Return and Exchange Policy
We recognize that returns are important to our customers.
Due to sanitary purposes we will not accept returns or exchanges. ALL products are FINAL sale.

After your payment has been received, you will be sent a confirmation email.
Once an order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Order processing time, before shipping, is 3-5 business days, unless you paid for express service or the item is pre-ordered. Priority/Express service will ship the next business day.
Shipping takes 5-7 business days.
*Business days are Monday-Friday. Excluding weekends and Holidays*
Orders will be shipped to the address that was provided by the customer. Please ensure that all Suite/Apt/Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in "Address Line 2"

Once a product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen goods.
Saunter, Girl will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged.
Depending on where you live and shipping method, the time it may take for your package to reach you, may vary. Weather conditions may delay orders; please note that this is out of our control.
All questions after you receive shipping/tracking information from us, must be directed to carrier USPS/UPS at 1-800-275-8777/1-800-742-5877.
We regret to inform you that we are pausing on International Shipping.
What To Expect On Bank Statement and Card Handling?
All completed purchases will appear as SP* Saunter, Girl on all electronic sales made by card.
